PS RATE SCHEDULE

In addition to the information provided on the Pooling Service

Agreement, Customer shall also provide the following:

(i) Certification - Certification from the Customer that

(a) it has good title to the gas or a current contractual

right to acquire title, or a right to ship the gas,

and

(b) that it has entered into all necessary arrangements

to assure that upstream and downstream

transportation, if any, will be in place prior to the

commencement of Gulf South's service.

(ii) Credit Information - Customer shall furnish credit

information as prescribed in Section 5 of these General

Terms and Conditions. Gulf South will not deny the

requested service if Customer satisfies the security

requirements of Section 5 of the General Terms and

Conditions and fulfills all other requirements of this

Section.

(iii) Compliance with Tariff - Customer shall submit a statement

that it shall abide by the terms of the PS Rate Schedule,

including these General Terms and Conditions. Customer

shall further state that it shall pay the maximum rate

provided for under the PS Rate Schedule. If Customer is

unwilling to pay such maximum rate, Customer shall specify

the rate it is willing to pay, as well as the reasons it is

unwilling to pay the maximum rate. If Customer and Gulf

South do not agree, in writing, on such lower rate Gulf

South shall reject the request.

(iv) Additional Information Required Before Service Commences -

The following information with respect to service will be

required before requests for service shall be valid. Such

information required of Customer may be furnished to Gulf

South on its Service Request Form, which are available from

Gulf South on request:
