FSS-B RATE SCHEDULE

(d) the right of Customer to transfer working gas in storage at the
Bistineau storage facility under this FSS-B Rate Schedule up to
the amount then in inventory, with no injection or withdrawal
charge, to another Customer's inventory that has an effective
FSS-B, ISS, or NNS agreement not to exceed the other Customer's
MSQ in the Bistineau storage facility. Both contracts affected
by the working gas in storage transfer must be effective during
the production month that the transfer is completed.
3. WITHDRAWAL/INJECTION SCHEDULES
The following schedules are based upon a MSQ of 1,000,000 Dekatherms.
WITHDRAWAL SCHEDULE
Daily Withdrawal When Customer's Quantity of Working
Quantity Dekatherm Gas Contained in Storage is
14,300 Equal to or greater than 42.8% of
MSQ
12,300 Less than 42.8%, but greater than
or equal to 30.5% of MSQ
10,300 Less than 30.5%, but greater than or
equal to 15.05% of MSQ
8,300 Less than 15.05% of MSQ
In the event that on any day the total quantity of gas which Customers
are withdrawing is less than the total quantity which Gulf South is
capable of withdrawing, then to the extent it is able to do so, Gulf
South will at its sole judgement, and on a non-discriminatory basis,
permit those Customers desiring to withdraw greater quantities of gas
to do so on a ratable basis, provided however, a Customer shall not be
permitted to exceed its MDWQ, except under an executed ISS contract.
In no event shall Gulf South schedule withdrawals that are in excess of
the quantity of gas in a Customer's storage inventory.
