agreement has been executed and, no FERC order or regulation

for ITS Service pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

This ITS Rate Schedule shall apply to all interruptible transportation

service provided by Gulf South pursuant to an executed ITS agreement.

Interruptible transportation service provided by Gulf South under this

ITS Rate Schedule shall consist of:

(a) the receipt of natural gas tendered by the Customer at

Comprehensive receipt points for transportation through Gulf

South's system. Gulf South shall redeliver Equivalent Quantities

to Customer or for Customer's account at Comprehensive delivery

points.

Customer may designate points within Gulf South's Bistineau

Storage System Facility located in Webster Parish, Louisiana as

Comprehensive receipt or delivery points for transportation

service under this ITS Rate Schedule.

(b) service provided on an interruptible basis. Interruption of

service includes without limitation decreasing, suspending, or

discontinuing the receipt and/or delivery of gas in accordance

with the priorities set out in Section 11 and Section 13 of the

General Terms and Conditions.
