FORM OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

(APPLICABLE TO IT RATE SCHEDULE)

1.2 Transporter agrees to transport and deliver to or for the account of

Shipper at the Delivery Point(s) and Shipper agrees to accept or

cause acceptance of delivery of the quantity received by Transporter

on any day from Shipper pursuant to Section 1.1 (subject to

adjustment for the Measurement Variance Gas Quantity).

ARTICLE II

TERM OF AGREEMENT

Service under this agreement shall begin on ________, and shall continue

in full force and effect until ________, and ________ thereafter until

cancelled by _______ day(s) prior written notice given by either party to the

other.
