22.3 Recall and Reput Notices

Transportation Service Provider shall support the following recall

notification periods for all released capacity subject to recall rights:

(a) Recall notice procedure [NAESB WGQ Standard 5.3.44].

(1) Timely Recall Notification

(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity should provide notice

of such recall to the TSP and the first Replacement Shipper no

later than 8:00a.m. (6:00 a.m. PCT) on the day that Timely

Nominations are due;

(ii) The TSP should provide notification of such recall to all

affected Replacement Shippers no later than 9:00 a.m. (7:00

a.m. PCT) on the day that Timely Nominations are due (Central

Clock Time);

(2) Early Evening Recall Notification

(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity should provide notice

of such recall to the TSP and the first Replacement Shipper no

later 3:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. PCT) on the day that Evening

Nominations are due;

(ii) The TSP should provide notification of such recall to all

affected Replacement Shippers no later than 4:00 p.m. (2:00

p.m. PCT) on the day that Evening Nominations are due (Central

Clock Time);

(3) Evening Recall Notification

(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity should provide notice

of such recall to the TSP and the first Replacement Shipper no

later than 5:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. PCT) on the day that Evening

Nominations are due;

(ii) The TSP should provide notification of such recall to all

affected Replacement Shippers no later than 6:00 p.m. (4:00

p.m. PCT) on the day that Evening Nominations are due (Central

Clock Time);

(4) Intraday 1 Recall Notification

(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity should provide notice

of such recall to the TSP and the first Replacement Shipper no

later than 7:00 a.m. (5:00 a.m. PCT) on the day that

Intraday 1 Nominations are due;

(ii) The TSP should provide notification of such recall to all

affected Replacement Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m. (6:00

a.m. PCT) on the day that Intraday 1 Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time); and
