3.10 Creditworthiness for Firm and Interruptible Transportation Service

Subject to the requirements of Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act,

Transporter shall not be required to perform or to continue to

perform service on behalf of any Customer who fails to

demonstrate minimal creditworthiness as required under this FERC

Gas Tariff; provided, however, such Customer may receive service

if said Customer provides alternative credit as described within

Sections 3.5, 3.8, and 3.9 of these Transportation General Terms

and Conditions.
