19. FUEL REIMBURSEMENT (Continued)

19.3 Notice of Responsibility for Fuel Reimbursement

In the event this Section 19 shall be changed in any manner

that adversely affects TLNG's recovery of the full amount

of fuel use and lost or unaccounted for Gas, each Shipper

that received Terminal Service during the affected period

shall be responsible to TLNG for its proportionate share of

the amount of TLNG's fuel use and lost or unaccounted for

Gas for the Terminal Service which it was provided.
