8. MISCELLANEOUS SALES

After the effective date of this Tariff, TLNG may from

time to time sell Regasified LNG as required to dispose of

LNG it is permitted to retain pursuant to these General

Terms and Conditions. The point of sale for all such

sales shall be the Point of Delivery.

The purchaser shall be responsible for the transportation

of the Regasified LNG from the point of sale.
