in writing the information specified in TLNG's current new

time.

2.3 Credit Appraisal

(A) Acceptance of a request for service, whether by using

unsubscribed capacity, capacity released pursuant to

appraisal by TLNG. TLNG shall apply consistent

evaluation practices to determine the acceptability

of Shipper's overall financial condition. Such

credit appraisal shall be based upon the following

information and criteria:

10-K reports or other filings with regulatory

agencies which discuss Shipper's financial

status, a list of all corporate affiliates,

agencies which are available. TLNG shall

determine the acceptability of Shipper's

overall financial condition, working capital,

and profitability trends.
