1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

"Storage" shall mean the retention by TLNG of Shipper's

LNG for a period of time in tanks at TLNG's Terminal.

"Stored Volume" shall mean the Quantity of LNG held by

TLNG in Storage for Shipper's account at any time.

"Thermie" shall mean one thousand kilocalories, or one

million calories. Two hundred fifty-two Thermies equal

one Dekatherm.

"Terminal" shall mean the land, facilities and rights

belonging to TLNG at Lake Charles, Louisiana for the

receipt, Storage, regasification and delivery of LNG and

Regasified LNG.

"Terminal Service" shall mean the receipt and storage of

LNG and the subsequent delivery of LNG or Regasified LNG.

"TLNG" shall mean Trunkline LNG Company, LLC.

"Web Site" shall mean TLNG's HTML page accessible

via the Internet's World Wide Web located at

http://www.panhandleenergy.com.
