1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

"Expansion Facilities" shall mean the Facilities providing

incremental Storage capacity of 880,000 barrels (140,000

m3); Expansion Vaporization capacity of 570,000 Dt per Day,

and Modified Expansion Vaporization capacity of 1,170,000 Dt

per Day.

"Fuel Reimbursement" shall mean the reimbursement in kind

to TLNG by Shipper for fuel usage and lost or unaccounted

for Gas.
