RATE SCHEDULE FAV

FIRM ALTERNATE VAPORIZATION

1. AVAILABILITY

This Rate Schedule FAV is available to any party (hereinafter

called Shipper) that has Terminal Service under Rate Schedule

FTS or FTS-2, that has requested firm Alternate Vaporization

Service at TLNG's Terminal pursuant to Section 2 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff and, after review and

acceptance of such request by TLNG, has executed a Service

Agreement with TLNG for service under this Rate Schedule FAV.

Such Service Agreement shall be in the form contained in TLNG's

FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A, of which this

Rate Schedule FAV is a part.

Shipper shall arrange separately for any Terminal Service

attendant to the Alternate Vaporization Service provided

hereunder.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 This Rate Schedule shall apply to LNG that Shipper has

available at the Terminal under its Firm Terminal Service

agreement(s) under Rate Schedule FTS or Rate Schedule

FTS-2. If Shipper has nominated firm vaporization service

pursuant to Section 3.1(A)(2)(c) of the General Terms and

Conditions, such service shall be provided pursuant to

this Rate Schedule FAV (a) up to the Maximum Daily

Quantity (MDQ) set forth in the Service Agreement, and in

excess of the MDQ to the extent capacity is available

(overrun service), and (b) to the extent that ambient air

vaporization is consistent with prudent and efficient

operation of TLNG’s facilities, subject to the General

Terms and Conditions and the further provisions of the

Service Agreement.

2.2 The service provided hereunder consists of the receipt of

LNG from Storage, regasification of such LNG by process of

ambient air vaporization and the subsequent delivery of

Regasified LNG, all on a firm basis.

Regasified LNG may be delivered at any time in accordance

with the Service Agreement subject to available Stored

Volume under Shipper’s Firm Terminal Service agreement(s)

under Rate Schedule FTS or Rate Schedule FTS-2, Section

4.5 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 2.3

below.
