RATE SCHEDULE ITS-2
INTERRUPTIBLE TERMINAL SERVICE
1. AVAILABILITY
This Rate Schedule ITS-2 is available to any party (hereinafter
called Shipper) that has requested interruptible Terminal
Service at TLNG's Terminal pursuant to Section 2 of the General
Terms and Conditions of this Tariff and, after review and
acceptance of such request by TLNG, has executed a Service
Agreement with TLNG for service under this Rate Schedule ITS-2.
Such Service Agreement shall be in the form contained in TLNG's
FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A, of which this
Rate Schedule ITS-2 is a part.
Shipper shall arrange separately with others as necessary for
any transportation attendant to the Terminal Service provided
hereunder.
2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE
2.1 This Rate Schedule shall apply to LNG made available by
Shipper to TLNG from the Expansion Facilities of the
Terminal and nominated for Storage under this Rate
Schedule up to the Maximum Contract Storage Capacity
(MCSC) set forth in the Service Agreement, and to the
subsequent delivery by TLNG of stored LNG to Shipper in
either liquid or gaseous state, subject to the
availability of capacity, the General Terms and
Conditions, and the further provisions of the Service
Agreement.
2.2 The service provided hereunder consists of the receipt of
LNG from Shipper's Vessel(s) for Storage utilizing TLNG's
Expansion Facilities, the Storage of such LNG, and the
subsequent delivery of such LNG either as LNG to Shipper's
Vessel(s) or as Regasified LNG at the Point of Delivery,
all on an interruptible basis. Shipper may specify in the
Service Agreement one or more means by which the LNG may
be received and one or more means by which LNG will be
delivered; provided, however, Shipper may nominate an
alternative means of receipt or delivery or both, subject
to the provisions of Section 3.1(C) of the General Terms
and Conditions.
