RATE SCHEDULE LLS

LNG LENDING SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This Rate Schedule LLS is available to any party (hereinafter

called Shipper) which has requested LNG Lending Service pursuant

to Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff

and, after review and acceptance of such request by TLNG, has

executed a Service Agreement with TLNG for service under this

Rate Schedule LLS. Service under Rate Schedule LLS is available

on an interruptible basis. Such Service Agreement shall be in

the form contained in TLNG's FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised

Volume No. 1-A, of which this Rate Schedule LLS is a part.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 This Rate Schedule LLS shall apply to LNG made available

by TLNG to Shipper at the Lending Point (the Loaned

Quantity) in connection with a Service Agreement under

Rate Schedule FTS, FTS-2, ITS or ITS-2 and nominated for

Lending Service under this Rate Schedule LLS up to the

Maximum Loaned Quantity, and to the repayment of the

Loaned Quantity by Shipper to TLNG, subject to the General

Terms and Conditions herein and the further provisions of

the Service Agreement.

2.2 The service provided by TLNG hereunder consists of the

loan of LNG to Shipper at the Lending Point for a minimum

period of one (1) day and a maximum period of thirty-one

(31) days and TLNG's receipt of Quantities of LNG as

repayment of the Loaned Quantity, all on an interruptible

basis. The maximum period of the loan may be extended by

TLNG as permitted by system operating conditions.

2.3 TLNG shall lend such Quantities of LNG as are nominated

and scheduled for Lending Service in accordance with the

nomination and scheduling provisions of Section 3 of the

General Terms and Conditions. TLNG shall schedule such

nomination only:

(1) After all other services offered by TLNG are

scheduled and to the extent permitted by TLNG's

system;

(2) If providing the Lending Service will not impede

TLNG's ability to meet its firm and interruptible

service obligations, including TLNG's system

requirements; and

(3) If the LNG heel gas inventory is sufficient to

satisfy Shipper's nominations.
