RATE SCHEDULE FTS

FIRM TERMINAL SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This Rate Schedule FTS is available to any party (hereinafter

called Shipper) that has requested firm Terminal Service at

TLNG's Terminal pursuant to Section 2 of the General Terms and

Conditions of this Tariff and, after review and acceptance of

such request by TLNG, has executed a Service Agreement with TLNG

for service under this Rate Schedule FTS. Such Service

Agreement shall be in the form contained in TLNG's FERC Gas

Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A, of which this Rate

Schedule FTS is a part.

Shipper shall arrange separately with others as necessary for

any transportation attendant to the Terminal Service provided

hereunder.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 This Rate Schedule shall apply to LNG made available by

Shipper to TLNG from the Base Facilities of the Terminal

and nominated for Storage under this Rate Schedule up to

the Maximum Contract Storage Capacity (MCSC) set forth in

the Service Agreement and to the subsequent delivery by

TLNG of stored LNG to Shipper in either liquid or gaseous

state, subject to the availability of capacity, the

General Terms and Conditions and the further provisions of

the Service Agreement.

2.2 The service provided hereunder consists of the receipt of

LNG from Shipper's Vessel(s) or Truck(s) for Storage

utilizing TLNG's Base Facilities, the Storage of such LNG,

and the subsequent delivery of such LNG either as LNG to

Shipper's Vessel(s) or Truck(s) or as Regasified LNG at

the Point of Delivery, all on a firm basis. Shipper may

specify in the Service Agreement one or more means by

which the LNG may be received and one or more means by

which LNG will be delivered; provided, however, Shipper

may nominate an alternative means of receipt or delivery

or both, subject to the provisions of Section 3.1(C) of

the General Terms and Conditions.

LNG may be received at any time in accordance with the

Service Agreement, subject to nomination by Shipper and

available MCSC. LNG or Regasified LNG may be delivered at

any time in accordance with the Service Agreement, subject

to nomination by Shipper and available Stored Volume. The

available Stored Volume shall be increased, up to the

MCSC, by the Quantity of LNG that Shipper transfers into

Storage in accordance with Section 4.4 of the General

Terms and Conditions and the Quantity of LNG loaned by

TLNG pursuant to Rate Schedule LLS. The available Stored

Volume shall be reduced by Shipper's share of Boil-Off and

the LNG that Shipper transfers out of Storage in

accordance with Section 4.4 of the General Terms and

Conditions.
