PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Trunkline LNG Company, LLC ("TLNG") owns a facility located

near the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana, for the receipt, Storage,

and delivery of Liquefied Natural Gas ("LNG"). TLNG provides

Terminal Service for Shippers by receiving LNG at the facility for

Storage and delivering such LNG to Shippers, either in liquid state

or gaseous state after regasification. Terminal Services are made

available by TLNG on a non-discriminatory basis.

TLNG provides Terminal Service only under written contract

acceptable to TLNG after consideration of its commitments to others,

the capacity of its facility, and other pertinent factors.
