FIRM STORAGE SERVICE

FORM OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

CONTRACT NO. __________

THIS AGREEMENT is made effective as of the ______ day of

_________________________, _________, by and between:

TRUNKLINE GAS COMPANY, LLC, (hereinafter called "Trunkline"), a

Delaware Limited Liability Company,

and

(hereinafter called "Shipper").

In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements as herein set

forth, both Trunkline and Shipper covenant and agree as follows:

ARTICLE 1 - SERVICE

Trunkline agrees to receive, store and deliver at the

interconnection of Trunkline's transmission facilities near Epps Storage

Field located in East and West Carroll Parishes, Louisiana the Quantity

set forth on Exhibit A on a firm basis in accordance with Rate Schedule

FSS.

ARTICLE 2 - TERM

Trunkline shall provide firm Storage service for Shipper pursuant

to this Agreement for the term stated on Exhibit A.
