8. MISCELLANEOUS PURCHASES AND SALES

Nothing contained in this Tariff shall preclude Trunkline from buying

and selling Gas to the extent necessary to maintain system pressure, to

manage system storage, to maintain line pack or to perform other

functions in connection with Transportation and Storage. Such sales

shall be made pursuant to Trunkline's blanket sales certificate.
