specified at the Epps Storage Field will not serve to reduce the

MDRO and MDDO the Shipper may assign to other primary Points of

Receipt and Delivery.

2.5 Eligible Points of Delivery

Eligible Points of Delivery for the No Notice Service provided

under this Rate Schedule NNS-1 shall be as specified in the Rate

Schedule NNS-1 Service Agreement.

2.6 In-Field Transfers of Storage Inventory

(A) For any transfer by sale or otherwise of all or a portion of

Shipper's Stored Volume, the following are required:

(1) Both the transferee and transferor of the Stored Volume

shall provide Trunkline with verification of the transfer

in writing; and

(2) The transfer shall not cause the Stored Volume to exceed

the MCSC specified in the applicable Service Agreement.

(B) Shipper may transfer by sale or otherwise all or a portion of

its Stored Volume to any Shipper that receives Storage

service under Rate Schedule FSS, if:

(1) Rate Schedule NNS-1 Shipper agrees to pay the Field Zone

transportation charge under its Designated Transportation

Service Agreement for the Quantity of Gas transferred

when its furthest upstream primary Point of Receipt is

located in the Field Zone at the time of injection and

Shipper has not already paid such Field Zone

transportation charge; and

(2) All of the requirements of Section 2.6(A) above are met.
