115/ The reservation rate is $0.3659/MMBtu/day. The applicable usage rate,

surcharges and fuel percentage shall be as specified in this FERC Gas

Tariff. If Transporter receives authority to change the applicable

fuel rate, Shipper will pay the lesser of the authorized fuel rate or a

fuel rate of 2.45% (the current applicable fuel rate for the primary

path). The term is from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.
