70/ During the first three years of the term of the Service Agreement, the reservation rate is

$0.2620/MMBtu/day. After the end of the first three years of the term of the Service Agreement and

continuing through the end of the primary term, the applicable maximum reservation rate shall apply,

however, the maximum reservation rate for the service shall not exceed $0.2370 as specified in the

Service Agreement. The applicable usage rate, the applicable surcharges and the applicable fuel

percentages shall be as specified in this Tariff.

The term is ten (10) years from the May 1, 2005 in-service date of the San Juan 2005 Expansion Project.
