17. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Seller's FERC Gas Tariff are hereby

made a part hereof. However, in the event of any inconsistencies between the General Terms

and Conditions and this Rate Schedule FT-G, the terms and conditions of this Rate Schedule

FT-G shall control.
