7. SERVICE RIGHTS OF CONVERSION BUYERS
7.1 A Conversion Buyer for purposes of this Section 7, is a Buyer that has converted a firm
sales contract to service under this rate schedule or a Buyer that receives service
under this rate schedule by virtue of a reallocation of firm daily sales or firm
mainline transportation capacity on Seller's system.
7.2 A Conversion Buyer shall be allocated its full firm TCQ capacity through Seller's
mainline facilities commencing at Seller's Station 65 and terminating downstream at the
Conversion Buyer's market area delivery points.
7.3 Conversion Buyers shall be allocated capacity through Seller's mainline system upstream
of Station 65 as follows: Each Conversion Buyer shall be allocated capacity equal to
the quantity determined by multiplying (i) such Conversion Buyer's TCQ commencing at
Station 65 by (ii) the following percentages as applicable to each of the following
sections of Seller's system:

Transportation service from an off mainline receipt point upstream of one of the above
designated compressor stations to any such compressor station which is a firm receipt
point for Buyer under this rate schedule shall be provided by Seller under an
interruptible feeder arrangement as set forth in Section 3.9 of Rate Schedule IT.
