7. QUALITY

Refer to Section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions.

8. MEASUREMENT

Refer to Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.

9. DEMAND CHARGE ADJUSTMENT

If Seller orders interruption or reduction of service to Buyer under the provisions of

Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions and the prorated quantity that Buyer is

entitled to is less than the quantity Buyer requested in good faith on any day or days, then

the Demand Charge payable hereunder shall be reduced by an amount equal to the sum of all

such days' deficiencies multiplied by the applicable per dt charge set forth in that portion

of the currently effective Sheet No. 24 of Volume No. 1 of this Tariff which relates to this

rate schedule and which is incorporated herein.

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions which are applicable to this rate schedule are hereby

made a part hereof.
