transported through gathering facilities.

1/ The Fixed and Variable Cost unit rates plus the Electric Power unit rate.

2/ The Variable Cost unit rate plus the Electric Power unit rate.

3/ The minimum reservation rate applicable to capacity release transactions that are not

permanent releases shall not be less than zero.
