LIST OF GATHERING POINTS

The list of gathering points reflected on tariff sheet numbers 31 - 35 proposed effective October

1, 2006 pursuant to Transco's NGA Section 4 general rate case filed August 31, 2006 is provided

for reference purposes only, and shall in no way limit Transco's ability to apply its separately

stated gathering charge at any locations where facilities on Transco's system are designated as

gathering. Transco will endeavor to update the tariff list of gathering points periodically as

gathering locations are added or removed from Transco's system.
