FORM OF FIRM STORAGE SERVICE WITH MARKET BASED RATES AGREEMENT

RATE SCHEDULE FSS-M

8. Nominations and Scheduling: Periodic scheduling of the quantities of service requested

shall be provided by Customer to Texas Gas at times and in accordance with the procedures

specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff.

9. Incorporation by Reference: The General Terms and Conditions of Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff

and the provisions of Rate Schedule FSS-M, as may change from time to time, are hereby

incorporated by reference.

10. Notices: Except as may be otherwise provided, any notice, request, demand, statement, or

bill provided for herein or any notice which either party may desire to give the other shall be in

writing and shall be given in accordance with Section 25.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of

Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff to the address or addresses set forth below:

The address of either party may, from time to time, be changed by a party mailing appropriate

notice thereof to the other party or by posting such address change to Texas Gas' Internet

Website.
