3. Rates and Charges

3.1 Market Base Storage Rates:

The applicable rate for service under this ISS-M Rate Schedule shall be a

negotiated market-based rate as provided in the ISS-M Agreement between

Customer and Pipeline.

3.2 Fuel, Company Use and Unaccounted for Quantities

Fuel, company use gas, and unaccounted for quantities shall be in accordance with

Section 9.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
