3. Categories and Priorities of Transportation Services
Refer to Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff.
4. Rates and Charges
The applicable rates per MMBtu under this Rate Schedule for firm transportation service
to each zone are set forth on currently effective Sheet No. 27 of this Tariff, and these
rates are incorporated herein by reference.
4.1 Rates
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Texas Gas and Customer, Customer shall
pay Texas Gas the Maximum SGT Commodity Rate per MMBtu of gas delivered by Texas
Gas for SGT services rendered to Customer. In addition, Customer shall pay any
and all currently effective imputed demand or commodity surcharges, including but
not limited to, the FERC ACA Unit Charge, Texas Gas' Take-or-Pay surcharge, and
Order 636 Transition Costs surcharge.
4.2 Fuel, Company Use, and Unaccounted For Quantities
Fuel, company use gas, and unaccounted for quantities shall be in accordance
with Section 9.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff.
4.3 Processing Rights
Processing Rights and the Transportation of Liquids/Liquefiables shall be in
accordance with Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of this tariff.
4.4 Adjustment of Rates
Texas Gas shall have the right to propose and file with the Commission or other
body having jurisdiction, changes and revisions of any effective rate schedule, or
to propose and file superseding rate schedules, for the purpose of changing the
rate, charges, or other provisions thereof effective as to Customer.
4.5 Secondary Point(s) in Zone Outside Transportation Path
Customer may not designate a secondary point in a zone outside of its
transportation path unless Customer agrees in writing to pay the SGT rate
