3.2 Receipts and deliveries under this Rate Schedule shall be governed by Section 6.2

of the General Terms and Conditions of Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff.

3.3 Notwithstanding anything in the Rate Schedule or Section 6.2 of the General Terms

and Conditions of Texas Gas' FERC Gas Tariff, the parties may agree at the time of

contract execution that the Contract Demand will increase by specified amounts at

specific points in time.
