SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS

The provisions of this Agreement shall extend to the parties hereto

and to their successors and assigns.

ARTICLE VIII

AGREEMENT BEING SUPERSEDED

This Agreement supersedes, cancels and terminates, as of the

effective date of the term of this Service Agreement_____________
