GAS TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT (continued)

FOR USE UNDER RATE SCHEDULE PAT

11.3 This Agreement will terminate immediately upon receipt of written notice from

Transporter by Shipper in the event that Shipper fails to pay all of the amount of

any bill for service rendered by Transporter hereunder in accord with the terms and

conditions of Article VI of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's

effective FERC Gas Tariff.

ARTICLE XII

NOTICE

Except as otherwise provided in Rate Schedule PAT or in the General Terms and

Conditions of Transporter's effective FERC Gas Tariff, any notice under this Agreement

shall be in writing and mailed to the Party intended to receive the same at the

following address for such Party, or at such other address as either Party shall

designate by formal written notice to the other:
