2.3 The nomination procedure and scheduling priority for the gas transported under

the Agreement shall be determined pursuant to Article III of the General Terms

and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff.

ARTICLE III

POINT(S) OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY

3.1 The Point(s) of Delivery shall be the Plant Point(s) of Delivery specified on

Exhibit "A."

3.2 This Agreement shall include all receipt points upstream of the Plant(s) Point

of Delivery specified on Exhibit "A."

ARTICLE IV

FACILITIES

All facilities are in place to render the service provided for in this Agreement and

Transporter shall have no obligation to build facilities to perform this service.

ARTICLE V

RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES

Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Transporter the Liquefiable

Hydrocarbons to be transported hereunder at pressures sufficient to deliver such gas

into Transporter's system at the Point(s) of Receipt which shall not be in excess of

the pressures necessary to deliver the related gas stream. Transporter shall deliver

the Liquefiable Hydrocarbons to be transported hereunder to or for the account of

Shipper at the pressures existing in Transporter's system at the Point(s) of

Delivery.
