XXX. PERIODIC REPORTS

The following is a list of periodic reports that Transporter must make pursuant to

Commission order or to a settlement in a proceeding initiated under Parts 154 or 284 of

the Commission's regulations:

1. Cash Out Report: This report reflects the net cash out activity for the prior

year which, for purposes of this report, begins on the restructuring anniversary

of September 1 and must be filed with the Commission at the end of each annual

period. For more information, see Transporter's LMS-MA Rate Schedule.

2. OFO/Critical Notice Report: This report provides details regarding Critical Days

and OFOs issued during the previous quarter and must be filed with the Commission

quarterly, if a Critical Day or an OFO was issued during the previous quarter.
