4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Service under this Rate Schedule is subject to the General Terms and Conditions

contained in Volume 1 of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff as may be amended from

time to time.

5. OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY

Nothing in this Rate Schedule shall limit Transporter's right to take action as

may be required to adjust receipts and deliveries of scheduled quantities of gas

in order to alleviate conditions which threaten the integrity of its system, or

the ability of Transporter to transport quantities scheduled by any Shippers.
