6.4 Uniform Quantities

Shipper shall deliver and receive gas in uniform daily quantities during any

month and in uniform hourly quantities during any day with no significant

fluctuations, except upon the mutual agreement of the gas dispatchers of

Transporter and Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) if Shipper

has contractual rights to variable rate of flow for deliveries by Iroquois.

6.5 Billing and Payment

The provisions regarding Billing and Payment shall be the same as set forth

in Articles V and VI of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's

FERC Gas Tariff, Volume No. 1.

6.6 Possession of Gas and Responsibility

As between the parties to the Service Agreement, from the time gas is

delivered by Shipper to Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt and prior to

delivery of such gas to or for the account of Shipper at the Point(s) of

Delivery, Transporter shall have the unqualified right to commingle such gas

with other gas in its pipeline system and shall have the unqualified right

to handle and treat such gas as its own.
