Notes:
1/ The maximum PAT hourly rate for each zone will be the respective 100% load factor equivalent of the
maximum FT-A demand and commodity rates.
2/ The applicable fuel retention percentages are listed on Sheet No. 29, provided that for service rendered
solely by displacement, shipper shall render only the quantity of gas associated with losses of .5%.
3/ PCB adjustment surcharge originally effective for PCB Adjustment Period of July 1, 1995 - June 30, 2000,
was revised and the PCB Adjustment Period has been extended until June 30, 2010 as required by the
Stipulation and Agreement filed on May 15, 1995 and approved by Commission Orders issued November 29, 1995
and February 20, 1996.
4/ Maximum rates are inclusive of base rates and above surcharges.
