32. RETAINAGE
Shipper must furnish a sufficient quantity of gas associated with the
rendering of applicable transportation service. That quantity of gas
required shall be calculated as an amount equal to the quantity of gas
tendered for Shipper on a daily basis multiplied by the applicable
Retainage Percentage as stated on Sheet No. 6 of this Tariff. The Retainage
Percentage shall be equal to the lost and unaccounted-for component
in the "Transportation Retainage" Percentage of Columbia's FERC Gas Tariff.
Transporter will submit a limited Natural Gas Act Section 4 filing pursuant
to Section 154.403 of the Commission's Regulations to adjust the Retainage
Percentage to equal any adjustment in Columbia's "Transportation Retainage"
lost and unaccounted-for component then currently in effect.
Retainage, as defined at Section 1 of the General Terms and
Conditions, shall apply to all Rate Schedules of this Tariff.
