(j) After a Transporter's receipt of a Shipper's request for re-
evaluation, including all required information pursuant to NAESB WGQ
Standard 0.3.8 ("Shipper's Request"), within five (5) Business Days, the
Transporter should provide a written response to the Shipper's Request.
Such written response should include either a determination of
creditworthiness status, clearly stating the reason(s) for the
Transporter's decision, or an explanation supporting a future date by which
a re-evaluation determination will be made. In no event should such re-
evaluation determination exceed twenty (20) Business Days from the date of
the receipt of the Shipper's Request unless specified in the Transporter's
Tariff of if the parties mutually agree to some later date.
(k) In complying with the creditworthiness related notifications
pursuant to the applicable NAESB WGQ standard, the Shipper(s) and the
Transporter may mutually agree to other forms of communication in lieu of
Internet E-mail notification.
3.10 Execution of Service Agreement. Following the approval of a request
for service and the award of service by Transporter, Transporter and
Requestor shall enter into a new or amended Service Agreement under each
appropriate Rate Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 of
the General Terms and Conditions. If Requestor fails to execute such
Service Agreement within 15 days after Transporter tenders it to Requestor,
or within such other time period agreed to by Transporter or required by a
specific provision of this Tariff, Requestor's request for service and
Transporter's offer of service shall be void and of no further force or
effect. Service shall not commence until Requestor returns or transmits an
executed electronic or paper Service Agreement to Transporter in compliance
with the provisions of the Tariff. Transporter may waive the provisions of
this subsection on a nondiscriminatory basis.
