FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

(b) For all service rendered under this Rate Schedule, Shipper each

month shall pay Transporter the charges set forth below, unless (1) a

discounted rate is otherwise mutually agreed to by Transporter and Shipper

in accordance with Section 3 of the pro forma Service Agreement with

respect to the charges identified in this Section 3(b) below, and specified

in Shipper's FTS Service Agreement, or (2) the Shipper and Transporter

mutually agree to a negotiated rate in accordance with Section 35

(Negotiated Rates) of the General Terms and Conditions, and Transporter

makes the appropriate filings with the Commission.
