RATE SCHEDULE S-1

GENERAL UNBUNDLED SALES SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

1.1 This Rate Schedule is available to any party ("Buyer")

for the purchase of natural gas from Steuben Gas

Storage Company ("Seller") when Buyer and Seller have

executed a contract for service under this Rate

Schedule.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 This Rate Schedule applies to all natural gas sold by

Seller to Buyer.

2.2 The transportation and delivery of natural gas

purchased by Buyer under this Rate Schedule shall be

effectuated through transportation arrangements Buyer

may make with other transporting party(s).

2.4 Natural gas sold under this Rate Schedule shall be sold

pursuant to the blanket sales certificate issued by the

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

3. RATE

3.1 The rate for natural gas sold under this Rate Schedule

shall be negotiated between the Buyer and Seller and

shall be specified in the Agreement between the Buyer

and Seller, but shall not be posted in this Tariff.

4. FLOW RATES TO RECEIPT POINTS.

4.1 Daily flow rates shall be as specified in the Agreement

between Buyer and Seller.

4.2 Receipt points shall be as specified in the agreement

between Buyer and Seller.
