ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUS CONTRACTS

This Agreement supersedes and cancels the following Storage

Service Agreement(s) between the parties hereto:

ARTICLE 8 - NOMINATIONS AND NOTICES

Periodic scheduling of the quantities of service requested

hereunder must be provided by Buyer to Seller, at the times and

according to the procedures specified in Section 6.4 of the General

Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise specified, any other notice,

request, demand, statement or bill provided for in the General Terms and

Conditions and any other notice which either Seller or Buyer may desire

to give to the other(s), shall be in writing and shall be considered as

duly delivered when mailed by registered mail to the Post Office address

of the other(s), or at such other address as may be designated by formal

written notice. Routine communications and bills shall be considered as

duly delivered when mailed by registered or ordinary mail or an

equivalent. The Post Office addresses of both Seller and Buyer are as
