22.4 Response to Complaints

 

VGS will provide a written response to all complaints

within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the written

complaint. It is VGS' policy to comply with all applicable

regulations while continuing to work with its customers to

resolve any concerns regarding its transportation services.

VGS' priority is to resolve all complaints on an informal

basis knowing that most problems are based on

misunderstandings, rather than any willful violation of the

Commission's regulations.

No. 2004, et seq., as set forth in 18 C.F.R. Section 358, is
