deliveries made during periods of similar

conditions when the meter was registering

accurately.

17.12 Preservation of Measurement Records

Upon request of either VGS or the Operator, each

party will submit to the other party records and charts from

its measuring equipment, together with calculations

therefrom, for the other party's inspection and verification

and copying, if desired, subject to return within thirty

(30) days after the receipt thereof. VGS, however, shall

only be required for the purposes hereof, to retain the

charts and records referred to herein for a period of two

(2) year from the date of the charts and preparation of said

records.

17.13 Right of Inspections

Measuring Party or Shipper shall have the right to

inspect measurement equipment installed or furnished by the

other or third parties and the charts and other measurement

or testing data of all such parties at all times during

business hours; but the reading, calibration and adjustment

of such equipment and collection of data shall be done by

Measuring Party, unless agreed to otherwise by the parties.

17.14 Properties and Facilities

VGS shall only be responsible for the maintenance and

operation of its own properties and facilities and shall not

be responsible for the maintenance or operation of any other

properties or facilities connected in any way with the

transportation of gas.
