13.6 Submittal of Bids

During the open season and bid submittal periods, all

valid bids (excluding bidder's name) will be posted upon

receipt. All bids will be binding until written or

electronic notice of withdrawal is received by VGS. A bid

may be withdrawn prior to the close of the bidding period,

but the withdrawing bidder may not rebid on the same

capacity at a lower rate. There will be no extensions of

the original bid period or the prearranged deal match

period. There is no restriction on the number of decimal

places that may be included in a bid.

Bids on released capacity for a period of one (1) year or

less, if the release date is to take effect on or before one (1)

year from the date on which VGS is notified of the release, may

be in excess of the Maximum Rate. All other bids on released

capacity for a period of one (1) year or less, or bids on

released capacity for a period of greater than one (1) year are

capped at the Maximum Rate.
