for the services rendered hereunder by Transporter.

30.3 If, by an order, opinion, approval of a settlement of

any of Transporter's rate cases, or otherwise, the Commission

directly or indirectly requires changes in the costs attributable

to transportation by Transporter hereunder or requires changes to

the rate form in which such costs are recovered, then, as of the

effective date of such change in attribution or rate form, the

transportation rate hereunder shall be changed to reflect the

full recovery from Shipper of all costs attributed to the

transportation hereunder or to reflect any new rate form.

30.4 Transporter has a right to terminate agreements under

this Rate Schedule immediately if the regulatory authority to

perform the service provided under such agreements is terminated.
