6. Waiver

Transporter may waive any rights hereunder or any obligations of

Shipper hereunder on a basis that is not unduly discriminatory;

provided that no waiver shall operate or be construed as a waiver

of other or future rights or obligations, whether of a like or

different character.

7. General terms and conditions

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this First Revised

Volume No. 1, as such provisions may be amended from time to

time, are applicable to this Rate Schedule and are incorporated

by reference. If and to the extent the provisions of this Rate

Schedule conflict with the provisions of the General Terms and

Conditions, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions

shall govern.
