27. CONFLICTS

In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and

Conditions and a Rate Schedule under this Tariff, the provisions

of the Rate Schedule shall govern. In the event of a conflict

between these General Terms and Conditions and/or a Rate

Schedule and the provisions of an executed Transportation

Service Agreement, the provisions of the Transportation Service

Agreement shall govern.
