Transporter is subject to Standards of Conduct contained in

the

Commission's regulations. Transporter shall post on its

Internet Web Site its procedures for implementation with the

Commission's Standards of Conduct Regulations. All

information required to be posted pursuant to such

regulations can also be located on Transporter's Internet

Web Site.
