11.3 Scheduled Quantity (a)(iv) - (cont'd)
(C) the Service Requester is told by its
Transportation Service Provider that the
upstream Service Requester did not have the gas
or submit the nomination;
(D) the Service Requester is told by its
Transportation Service Provider that the
downstream confirming party did not conduct the
confirmation;
(E) the Service Requester is told by its
Transportation Service Provider that the
downstream Service Requester did not have the
market or submit the nomination.
This information should be imparted to the Service
Requester on the Scheduled Quantity document.
(b) In addition to making scheduled quantities information
available by 4:30 p.m. CCT, at the end of each day
Transportation Service Provider should also make available
to Shippers information containing scheduled quantities,
including scheduled intra-day nominations and any other
scheduling changes.
At the end of each gas day, Transportation Service
Provider will provide the final scheduled quantities for
the just completed gas day to satisfy the NAESB
requirement to report daily operational allocations.
Transportation Service Provider will make available on
the Customer Activity section of its website an end of
gas day Scheduled Quantity document for each Shipper
indicating their scheduled quantities on an "all
locations for a Shipper basis". Receivers of the end of
gas day Scheduled Quantity document can waive the
sender's sending of the end of gas day Scheduled Quantity
document.
